The decision to evaluate the candidates on the basis of average results of HSC and JSC and equivalent examinations instead of examinations was taken earlier. The gazette amending the three laws concerned to publish the results was published last Monday.
Speaking at a press conference on October 8 last year, Education Minister Dipu Moni said that the results of this year’s HSC will be determined by averaging the results of the eighth class and HSC. He said that the results of JSC-JDC will be declared 25 percent and the result of HSC will be 75 percent.

Due to coronavirus infection, the average of HSC candidates has evaluated on the basis of HSC, JSC and equivalent examination results without examination.
